What is the return policy?

Are any purchases final sale?

Any merchandise that is purchased on-sale is final and cannot be returned or refunded. Any merchandise bought at a tour-site, pop-up, etc. is also final and cannot be returned.

When will I get my order?

We work with a variety of distributors to help get merchandise to you. Delivery times may vary based on the item, distributer, availability, and your location. The order tracker should tell you approx. when you will receive your item.

Where are your products manufactured?

Stone Parker merchandise is manufactured in the United States, with some global production depending on the item and where you are located. We work with trusted manufacturers to ensure that the product you receive is high-quality, fairly priced, and ethically produced.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
